This Privacy Policy describes how connector-build.com ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information across the custom connectors we build and operate, including connectors that let you sign in with a third-party identity provider such as Google and federate that identity into systems like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
Information We Collect
When you sign in using a third-party account such as Google through one of our connectors, we request only the minimum information necessary to authenticate you and establish your identity within the connected system:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Google account profile picture (if available)
We do not request or access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service data.
How We Use Your Information
The information obtained through Google Sign-In is used solely to:
- Verify your identity during sign-in
- Create or match your account within the connected Microsoft Entra ID tenant
- Provide you access to the applications that rely on this federated sign-in
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Retention
Authentication tokens are used only to complete the sign-in process and are not retained beyond what is required for session management. Identity information is stored within the customer's Microsoft Entra ID tenant, which is governed by the customer organization's own data retention and security policies.
Data Sharing
Information obtained via Google Sign-In is shared only with Microsoft Entra ID for the purpose of completing federated authentication. It is not shared with any other third party.
Your Rights
You may revoke a connector's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page . You may also contact your organization's IT administrator to request removal of your identity from the connected system.
Security
We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect protocols to ensure that authentication data is transmitted securely between Google and Microsoft Entra ID.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
