connector-build.com ("we", "us", or "our") builds and maintains custom data connectors that integrate SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, and identity providers into our customers' systems.

Custom Connector Engagements
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and support terms for a custom connector engagement are agreed separately in a project scope, statement of work, or service agreement between connector-build.com and the customer. These Terms apply generally to all engagements in addition to any project-specific agreement, which will govern in the event of a conflict.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, connector-build.com retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, tooling, and reusable components used to build a connector. Custom integration code developed specifically for a customer is licensed or assigned to that customer as set out in the applicable service agreement.
Third-Party Services
Our connectors may integrate with third-party platforms and identity providers (for example, Google, Microsoft Entra ID, or other SaaS APIs). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly set out in a signed service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, connector-build.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services, except as otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement.
